Roads
Legatus Group provides a platform to assist with regional planning and consistent regulatory framework including a safe, well-maintained, regional integrated and cost-effective road network that includes appropriate routes for freight, tourism and community purposes.
Community Waste Water Management Schemes (CWMS)
The Legatus Group has undertaken a joint CWMS Services Arrangement with the LGA CWMS Committee that helped in developing a CWMS who helped in delivering programs and projects associated with CWMS services.

Legatus Group actively works with regional providers to gain knowledge to assist with advocating for improvement of health, education, community and social support services. The Legatus Group through its Strategic Plan and regional alliances has set clear regional priorities and guides that are undertaken via the 3 years action plan and annual business plan.
Environment
Climate Change
Extensive work has already occurred across South Australia by councils to develop regional climate change adaptation plans. However, moving from planning to on-ground action has proved challenging. This experience resonates with local scale adaptation around the world.
Natural Environment
Northern and Yorke Coastal Management Action Plan The Legatus Group have partnered with the Northern ad Yorke Landscape Board to develop the Action Plan and progress its implementation.
